Recently, my hubby found out that he should lower his salt.
After doing lots of Google searches and research elsewhere
I found that there are not many salt free (lower sodium) recipes
out there. And I started to look at restaurants and fast food
places menu's to see what their sodium was like.  Wow, needless
to say, most of our favorites were off the chart in high sodium.

Well, that told me I need to be creative in the kitchen to see if
I could make the food we both like, but with much less sodium.
These are recipes that I have tried and we both love.

Try them and see if your family likes them too. They are low in sodium,
because most ingredients do have sodium, but there is no added salt.

A lot of them are normal recipes just with added salt left out and adjusted
a little with herbs and stuff.  And I always add lots of garlic and onion to everything.
So if the recipe doesn't say garlic or onion, it was just an oversight, because I
over use those two items!

So have fun with these recipes and be creative and have fun and try some of your own!
